Your areas of responsibility

• Sustainable market growth according to overall company goals
• Responsibility or the content of ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, Influencer, etc.) and country website (improve UX/UI, etc.)
• Regular analysis of market and performance data and derivation of conclusions/learnings/hypotheses
• Project lead in bigger campaigns (cooperation with Performance Marketing, Visual Content, Customer Support, Logistics, etc.)
• If your mother tongue coincides with the market’s primary language, you write your own copy

Your profile

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications or Business
• Hands-on experience working in Marketing, Communications or Performance is appreciated
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent language skills in at least 1 further language (e.g. German, Dutch, French, Italian, Danish, Chinese, etc.)
• Experience with HTML; basic Javascript knowledge would be a plus
• Passionate and creative when writing copy
• Basic understanding of aesthetics (to give our Visual Team constructive feedback)

Hard Facts

• Start of employment: immediately
• Working Hours: 15h-25h per week
• Salary: The Austrian collective agreement dotes this position at min. 1.896€ gross per month on a full time basis, without taking into account previous employment. The base pay is 1.364€ (25h) gross per month with the possibility of overpayment depending on your personal work experience and qualifications.
